I love this debate - In Oxford a few years I ran this case on the motion "TTHW take action to increase women in Government" and took the win. A week later in Cambridge, I took a last because it was "a bit out there"!

I agree -- "Regime change in Myanmar/Burma" is a great topic for a debate at Worlds. :-)
Although I'd agree that this is consistent with a "return of the casefile" scenario, in that more specific knowledge of the region would confer an advantage in planning 1st Prop. (e.g. ASEAN and its relations with Burma).
Okay, enough armchair commentary for now. :-)
