Round 2: Draw and Motion

The motion for Round 2 of UBC Worlds 2007 is:

"TTHBT the UK should abolish it's Nuclear Arsenal"

This is one Derek used for the Q-finals in Cork 2005, and it's been topical recently, so no complaints.
